Alan Newman, founder of Seventh Generation discusses reasons for closing Vermont Yankee

Alan Newman, founder of Seventh Generation and co-founder of Magic Hat Brewing Company, discusses reasons for closing Vermont Yankee, a 39 year old nuclear plant in that has experienced numerous safety problems such as fires, radioactive leaks and the collapsed of water cooling tower. The Vermont state legislature voted not to renew the lease but Entergy Louisiana is suing the state to keep it open.
