Letter to NOFA Vermont

My recent letter to NOFA Vermont, (I also sent it to VT legislatures “Challenges for Change” challenges@leg.state.vt.us)

To whom it may concern,

With all the movement around the country and in the state legislature (at least 14 states to introduce bills calling for mandatory labeling of genetically engineered foods) Why has no such bill been introduced in our “progressive” State? I have written my reps. using “Millions against Monsanto’s” activist link – http://www.capwiz.com/grassrootsnetroots/issues/alert/?alertid=22063501&type%20=ST – I was answered by, “Yes I would support such legislation.” but we need someone to introduce it! What is the delay? Thanks for all that you do! Please help us get this legislation written and introduced into the senate!

Sincerely, Simha Bode
